Myopia and hyperopia can't co-exist but astigmatism and myopia(or Hyperopia) can co-exist. When
light rays refracted come into an eye and make a focal point, if the focal point doesn't fall on the retina,
you can't see well. If it falls before reaching the retina, it is myopia. If it falls far back behind the retina, it
is hyperopia. You would not be able to see the farther or up-close well with these refractive errors. On
the other hand, astigmatism makes two focal points, which makes double vision.
You would think that astigmatism is caused when light rays come in through the cornea, which surface
is irregular because it refracts light rays in the diverse direction. Yes, mostly the corneal irregularity
makes astigmatism. but in fact, crystalline lens or even whole shape of eye ball can be the reason for
