I've worn glasses since I was 7 years old and contacts since I was 14. My eyes would get really dry in the evenings and I always had problems with them while swimming. Someone told me surgery in Korea was cheaper than home, so I did my research and Dream Eye Center sounded like a very credible clinic.
I love walking up in the morning and not wasting time looking for my glasses it is easier as well. My eyes don't get as dry as often either although I'm still in the recovery process. I'm loving the results!
The recovery process was pretty painful actually. The first and second days were not bad, but I had to teach starting. Monday, and on the third and fourth days it hurt to keep my eyes open for just a few minutes. You definitely need 4 days of vacation!
I thought the actual surgery was pretty neat. Being awake during it, and having the doctor explain what he was doing, was reassuring. There was no pain, just for an interesting experience.
The service was beyond anything I would receive back home. The sraff are very professional and organized, but yet make you feel very comfortable, Every time I walk into the clinic for a follow-up appointment, I feel more like I'm at a spa than a doctor's office.
