What convinced you to go through the LASIK/LASEK surgery? And what reasons and why did you choose Dream Eye Clinic?
I had been thinking about getting LASIK/LASEK surgery for a long time. There were a couple of reasons I decided to go for it. The first was that I was tired of wearing contacts and glasses. The second was that I was waiting for newer technologies/methods to come out. The reason I choose Dream Eye Clinic is because it was recommended by many ESL students. Dream Eye clinic has a web site which has a wealth of information. The website was both in Korean and English so it was very friendly for foreigners. They listed the procedures and types of equipment used. Also it was nice to see that they listed reviews from patients. After seeing all this information on their web site I felt comfortable with visiting their clinic.
Tell us about what has changed since you had your LASIK / LASEK surgery.
What are the major changes comparing your life before and after the surgery?
The most significant change is that I no longer need to wear my contacts or glasses. A major change in my life after the surgery is that I no longer have a very dry feeling with my eyes. My eyes do get dry but not the same as when I wore contacts. My eyes feel more comfortable without having contacts in.
Were there any inconveniences during the recovery process?
And tell us about how satisfied you are with your newly improved vision. ?
The only inconvenience I had was that the recovery time took longer than I would have liked. I knew that LASEK surgery required more time to recover than LASIK but it was still difficult to be patient. I am very happy with my newly improved vision. I know that over the next few months my eyes will continue to improve as they heal/strengthen/and stabilize more.
What were the most valuable and memorable experiences at Dream Eye Clinic?
The most valuable and memorable experience was without a doubt the staff. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. I felt very comfortable with having the LASEK procedure done at the Dream Eye Clinic.

I want to thank the staff at Dream Eye Center for being so helpful, kind, and friendly during this whole process. I want to especially give my thanks to the individuals that assisted in my procedure, Dr. Lee and the Senior Team Manager/Optometrist Mr. Choo.
